Elinda (Lin) Starman has worked in the field of education for over 25 years as a Special Education teacher. She holds a Masters Degree in Learning Disabilities and has completed extensive post graduate work in the areas of learning styles, language and learning, autism, behavioral management, multiple intelligences, and self esteem issues in children.

Being a parent is hard work. There is no other job that is quite so difficult yet so rewarding at the same time! Parents struggle on a daily basis with being positive when guiding and disciplining their children. Effective parenting encourages parents to understand ineffective parenting techniques and improve harmony within the family unit.

Services are provided on a course, workshop and individual bases. I am available to work with groups, schools, associations, and families. All sessions are customized to the specific needs and objectives of my clients and are interactive combining my professional training and experiences with your participation and insights.
